The Audi TT uses a transversely mounted engine with Quattro all wheel drive or another option that includes just front wheel drive. The first engine to be found under the hood of the TT was a 1.8 L turbocharged four-cylinder 20-valve engine that pumped out 225 PS or 180 PS depending on the variant the buyer chooses.
